In-Home Personal Care

Our staff of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) and Personal Support Specialists (PSS’s) are an important component of our Home Care Division.

Our Caregivers assist clients with daily activities such as: bathing, personal care, assistance with dressing, meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.

During admission a Care & Comfort representative, along with the client and family, develop a Personal Care Plan (PCP) listing the tasks to be completed at each visit. PCP’s are routinely re-evaluated and updated, to fit the client’s changing needs.
